Registration

  • May place flyers and other advertising material at the meeting. Logos will be displayed throughout the conference.
  • Exhibitors will receive 2 entry tickets to the meeting. Their logos will be shown on our website as well as being displayed throughout the conference.
  • Sponsors will receive 1 entry ticket to the meeting per CHF 500. Their logos will be displayed on our website as well as throughout the meeting.

The 14th Applied Biosafety Meeting will take place over two days at the University of Zurich on August 20th/21st 2020.

Conference Dinner

We will organise a conference dinner for August 20th 2020. Details will be published here in due time. Costs for the dinner are CHF 70 which includes a three course meal and non-alcoholic beverages. The menu may be downloaded here in due time.

Please be aware that registration for the dinner is required. Dinner tickets may be obtained through our website (two separate registrations are required for the conference and the dinner).

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations of registrations for workshops or meetings are at all times possible via our website (member section) or via an email confirming the cancellation to the following address: swissbiosafety@wildapricot.org. Refunds may however only be issued as follows: up until the deadline for registration 80% of the registration fee; following the deadline no refunds will be granted. The deadline is at midnight of the day stated in the event announcement. The time stamp of the email arrival will decide whether the cancellation arrived in time. Following cancellation, contact the SBNet office (swissbiosafety@wildapricot.org) and provide your bank details in order for the SBNet to initiate the refund via bank transfer. All fees in conjunction with the refund will have to be covered by the recipient. Please contact the SBNet office for any questions (swissbiosafety@wildapricot.org).
